Knowing “what to do” provides an essential foundation to move along the path of lifelong health and well-being. Alan’s trainings focus on “how” to actually make those healthy lifestyle choices. The trainings helps participants learn how to develop the internal motivation to want to make healthy choices.

During the trainings, participants perform a dozen exercises that help them develop a self-concept of a healthy, confident person. Participants create a personalized action plan that they can begin to implement immediately. Participants also learn practical techniques that will help them successfully implement the action plan.

Alan can deliver the trainings in multiple sessions or in one day to suit each client’s needs.
